Good-bye Albuquerque!

We left Albuquerque as planned on 22 March. We are visiting with our daughter Misty and granddaughters Bryanna and Violet in Lawton Oklahoma this week. It has been interesting weather, with one nice day, windy days, fog, overcast, and one evening with a tornado watch with high winds, heavy rains, and heavy pea-size hail.

We drove through the Wichita Mountains National Wildlife Refuge one evening. We saw one buffalo running and kicking up his heels while the others grazed nearby. Sandy was upset she did not have her camera at the time. It is a very beautiful scenic drive with plenty of bison, deer, and longhorn steer.

On Saturday, Violet will be celebrating her third birthday. We will add more photos to Webshots after the party.
